Steering Committee of the Corridor VII

The Steering Committee is composed of representatives of the member countries of the Corridor VII to coordinate the joint work based on the memorandum of understanding. Each participant country appoints one representative and one deputy-representative to the Steering Committee, mainly from the Ministries of Transport.

Representatives of the private sector or international financial institutions or other bodies, as well as experts, could be invited to its meetings as appropriate.

Only the representatives of the member countries have the right to vote in the Meetings of the Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee meets as necessary, but normally once a year. It decides on its rules of procedure by unanimity.

The Steering Committee might consider creating Working Groups for specific tasks or adequate promotion of the goals of the memorandum of understanding.

The Steering Committee regularly reports its work and co-operates with the European Commission.
