The Steering Committee of the Corridor VII meets as necessary. Normally this meetings are held once a year.

The members of the Steering Committee are representatives of the member countries of the Corridor VII, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine. Each participant country appoints one representative and one deputy-representative to the Steering Committee, mainly from the Ministries of Transport. Representatives of the private sector or international financial institutions or other bodies, as well as experts, could be invited to its meeting
